1 Definitions

The following terms have the meanings assigned to them throughout this document:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on agm99. This age threshold applies without exception, regardless of the age of majority in your jurisdiction. agm99 strictly enforces this requirement and will suspend any account where the Member cannot demonstrate that they have reached 21 years of age.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You confirm that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your country, province, state, or territory of residence. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of gambling activities in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing on agm99. agm99 makes no representation that the platform is legal or appropriate in any specific jurisdiction.

2.3 Residency Acknowledgment. agm99 is designed and optimized for players residing in Indonesia, including but not limited to Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Semarang, Palembang, Makassar, and Yogyakarta. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform for personal entertainment only and not in the course of any professional or commercial activity.

2.4 Legal Capacity. You confirm that you are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with agm99, that you are not subject to a court order or legal prohibition preventing you from engaging in gambling, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Rule. Each individual may register and maintain only one agm99 account. agm99 may at any time cross-reference registration data — including name, date of birth, email address, phone number, device fingerprint, and IP address — to identify duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended and associated balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide true, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. agm99 reserves the right to suspend an account and withhold withdrawal processing pending re-verification if account data is found to be inaccurate or outdated.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must notify agm99 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. agm99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a Member's failure to secure their account credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification. agm99 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require a Member to complete a KYC verification process. Required documents typically include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), a photograph of the Member holding their identity document, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of a request will result in account suspension and withdrawal processing may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.5 No Corporate Accounts. agm99 accounts may only be held by natural persons. Corporate, partnership, or trust entities are not permitted to hold accounts. Accounts held in a business name will be suspended.

4 Deposits

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. agm99 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. agm99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Member's account and may be subject to a processing delay or returned to the originating payment method.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits made via bank transfer are typically credited to a Member's account within 1–5 minutes of confirmed receipt. Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited instantly. agm99 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you legally and are free from any encumbrance. agm99 does not accept deposits made from credit facilities, loans, or funds belonging to third parties. Deposits originating from suspicious or unverified sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Deposit Fees. agm99 does not charge fees on deposits. Any transaction fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Member.

4.6 Failed Deposits. In the event that a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, the Member should contact agm99 customer support with proof of transfer (bank transfer receipt or e-wallet screenshot). agm99 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within 24 hours of receiving adequate proof of payment.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested from the real-money Balance in your account. Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable. A Member must have made at least one qualifying deposit before requesting a withdrawal.

5.2 Name Matching. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the same full legal name as the agm99 account. agm99 will not process withdrawals to accounts held in a different name, including accounts held by spouses, family members, or associates. Mismatched withdrawal requests will be rejected and the Member required to update their verified payment details.

5.3 Processing Time. agm99 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for standard requests. Processing times may be extended in cases where KYC verification is pending, a withdrawal is flagged for manual review by the fraud prevention team, or a technical issue is affecting the payment provider. agm99 will notify the Member of any delay via live chat or email.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier and VIP level. Members who require higher withdrawal limits should contact their account manager or agm99 support.

5.5 Withdrawal Verification. agm99 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal that exceeds Rp 10.000.000 in a single transaction or Rp 50.000.000 within a rolling 30-day period. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure.

5.6 Withdrawal Fees. agm99 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. External fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside agm99's control and are borne by the Member.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All promotions, bonuses, free spins offers, cashback schemes, and loyalty rewards offered by agm99 are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered at least 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution toward the wagering requirement.
• Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10% contribution.
• Sportsbook (single bets, minimum odds 1.50): 100% contribution.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets: 100% contribution at minimum odds 1.25 per leg.
• Togel (numbers lottery) products: 50% contribution.
• All other games not listed above: 0% contribution unless specified.

6.3 Bonus Validity Period. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements expire 7 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited automatically.

6.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion may be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. agm99 reserves the right to limit or decline a bonus claim if it determines that a Member has previously claimed the same promotion under a different account.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. agm99 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and suspend accounts where it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: wagering on outcomes with near-certain probability to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting a technical error or pricing mistake, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinating with other Members to abuse a promotion.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the agm99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all pending bets, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool that automates wagering decisions or actions on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or mathematical inconsistencies in game logic to generate guaranteed or near-guaranteed profits.
• Collusion between two or more Members — including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or card game rooms.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any IP-masking technology to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions or to obscure the true origin of account activity.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's account without authorization.
• Any act of fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activity through the agm99 platform.

7.2 Right to Void Wagers. agm99 reserves the right to void any wager, cancel any withdrawal, or reverse any transaction that is determined — at agm99's sole and reasonable discretion — to have been placed or processed in violation of these Terms & Conditions or in circumstances that clearly constitute an error (for example, an odds feed malfunction resulting in manifestly incorrect pricing).

7.3 Reporting Obligations. agm99 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant international financial intelligence bodies. Members are advised that providing false identity documents or depositing funds derived from illegal sources may result in criminal referral in addition to account suspension.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the agm99 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, user interface designs, trademarks, logos, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of agm99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. agm99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content without agm99's prior written consent.

8.3 Prohibited Reproduction. Screen-recording, scraping, framing, mirroring, or systematically extracting data from the agm99 platform — whether for personal, commercial, or research purposes — is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from agm99.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. agm99 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party network failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. agm99 will not be liable for any losses — including unrealized winnings or missed betting opportunities — arising from platform downtime.

9.2 Maximum Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, agm99's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause whatsoever — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. agm99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the agm99 platform.

9.4 No Warranty. The agm99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. agm99 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.5 Member Responsibility. Members are solely responsible for all wagers placed from their accounts. agm99 will not reverse or void a wager on the grounds that it was placed in error by the Member, unless the error is attributable directly to a verified platform malfunction.

10 Privacy & Data

10.1 Data Collection. agm99 collects and processes personal data — including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, device data, and betting history — for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and improving the platform experience.

10.2 Data Use. agm99 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or where agm99 has a legitimate interest in preventing fraud or money laundering.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 Commitment. agm99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. agm99 encourages all Members to set personal limits before commencing play.

11.2 Available Tools. All Members have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Out: Set a maximum continuous play session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Closure by Member. You may request the closure of your agm99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request, agm99 will process a withdrawal of any remaining real-money Balance to your last verified payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC verification has been completed and no outstanding investigation is pending.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by agm99. agm99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) agm99 is required to do so by law or a competent regulatory authority; (c) agm99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or collusion; or (d) the Member has provided false or misleading registration information.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your license to access the agm99 platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money Balance will be returned subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and fraud investigation.

13 Amendments

13.1 Right to Amend. agm99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is the Member's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the agm99 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure.

13.3 Material Changes. Where agm99 determines that an amendment constitutes a material change to the terms governing existing Member accounts, agm99 will provide not less than 7 calendar days' advance notice via a notification in the Member's account or by email to the registered address.

14 Governing Law

14.1 International Jurisdiction. agm99 operates under an international online gambling license and is regulated by the licensing authority under which it holds its operating permit. The specific jurisdiction of incorporation and licensing is disclosed to Members upon written request to agm99 support.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the agm99 platform, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through agm99's internal dispute resolution process before pursuing any external remedy. Disputes that cannot be resolved internally within 30 calendar days may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority.

14.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of this document (whether formal or informal), the English version shall prevail.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, consistent with the original intent of the parties.
